The Sport & Facility team at the Sportzentrum Aegeten in Widnau looks after the attractive sports facility with an outdoor pool and ice rink, as well as other municipal properties and school buildings of the political municipality of Widnau. Facility Service Cleaning Employee with manual dexterity (workload 80-100 %)

Your tasks

• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and rooms, as well as inspection and maintenance work on technical building systems
• Ensuring high cleaning quality within the framework of the facility service concept
• Carrying out minor maintenance work and reporting malfunctions to the responsible specialists
• Support with general work surrounding the managed properties
• Participation in further tasks according to the instructions of the Real Estate Management
• Deputizing at other properties during holiday absences
• Taking over tasks in the seasonal operations teams or Facility Service (FS) school facilities
• Readiness for irregular working hours, especially for assignments in the evening, on weekends and public holidays, as well as within the framework of on-call service

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a manual field, or training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning is an advantage
• Practical skill and enjoyment in performing smaller repairs and maintenance work independently
• Independent, reliable and conscientious way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Readiness for irregular working hours as well as regular on-call service
• Driving license Cat. B
