November 2026 or by arrangement? Tasks As the case-responsible reference person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support for the residents. You independently undertake, depending on your level of knowledge, tasks delegated by the department management, such as the initiation and management of change processes, supporting employees in challenging situations, the implementation of overarching goals, and the assurance of quality requirements. You contribute to the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. You represent the department management in their absence. Profile Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in the care and support of elderly people with demential diseases Motivation for further development and a desire for a role that allows you a broad insight into leadership tasks Completed studies as a Dipl.
