To strengthen our psychiatric nursing pool in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for motivated Healthcare Professionals EFZ (m/f/d). You can expect versatile assignments in different psychiatric institutions, where you will apply your expertise in a targeted manner, get to know new working environments, and make an important contribution to the care of people with mental illnesses.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional (EFZ) with experience in psychiatric nursing (For qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Strong ability to communicate and cooperate in teams as well as to work independently
• Willingness to undertake short-term daily assignments in various shifts and facilities

Tasks ##

• Taking on flexible assignments in various psychiatric institutions in early, late, or night shifts - coordinated with your availability
• Professional nursing, care, and support of people with various mental illnesses
• Supporting existing nursing teams and participating in high-quality patient care
• Collaboration in various psychiatric specialist departments and taking on versatile nursing and caregiving tasks
• Promoting the independence, resources, and quality of life of the patients
• Careful observation, documentation, and reporting of relevant changes in health status
• Trustful cooperation with registered nurses as well as other interprofessional professional groups
