Job description
Group Leader FaBe Kind EFZ 20 - 40% Start 20%/ Wed The Kita Caracol is a small, family-like daycare center with 16 childcare places in a mixed-age group from babies to kindergarten entry. We work according to the extended family principle and value a calm, appreciative and professional accompaniment of the children. It is important to us that children, parents and employees feel comfortable with us. Due to our growing child occupancy, we are expanding our team and are looking from November 2026 or by arrangement for a group leader who enjoys contributing her professional expertise, takes on responsibility and actively helps to shape everyday Kita life. The entry is at 20% on Wednesdays. An increase in workload to 40% is planned. Our everyday life

Movement in everyday life (Purzelbaum-Kita)
Projects on various topics distributed throughout the year
regular outdoor activities (playground, walks, forest days)
Promotion of the children's independence in everyday life

Independent leadership of a mixed-age children's group

Your profile

Completed training as Fachfrau Betreuung Kind EFZ or Dipl. Kleinkinderzieherin
Several years of professional experience, ideally as a group leader
You appreciate a small, family-like Kita with close exchange and short distances
Independent and structured way of working
Willingness to take on responsibility
