Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Identify, structure, document and prioritize technical needs and requirements with users and business process managers • Translate business needs into IT requirements and document them in a comprehensible manner for the design and implementation of business applications • Analyze, model and optimize business processes and identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement • Develop solution proposals and variants, clarify conflicts of objectives arising from divergent interests and establish decision-making bases • Support project implementation, evaluate needs in case of modifications and contribute to the quality of results as a technical interlocutor • Organize workshops with various stakeholders, then synthesize and present the results in a manner adapted to the target audience <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a university of applied sciences, preferably in computer science, business information technology, business administration or a related field • Several years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in IT projects • Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and good knowledge of BPMN and UML • Ability to analyze and structure complex requirements and transpose them into clear and feasible solutions • Enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders and experience in facilitating workshops • Good active knowledge of a second official language and ability to conduct negotiations in English; ideally, IREB certification and knowledge of HERMES <br /> In a few words You reconcile user needs with IT possibilities.
