Plant Operator in the Food Industry (m/f/d) For our client in Pratteln (Baselland), we are looking for a Plant Operator in the Food Industry (m/f/d) 80-100% starting immediately Tasks Changeover, operation and monitoring of demanding filling and packaging machines, especially pouch filling machines Independent adjustment and retooling of pouch filling machines Rectification of malfunctions, quality defects and identification of sources of error Reworking and optimization of weak points on the assigned machine Ensuring compliance, monitoring and enforcement of performance, quality, safety and hygiene regulations Leadership and guidance of the assigned employees at the machine Supporting the technical department with overhaul and maintenance work Carrying out and documenting process controls Profile Completed technical training is a must Training as a plant operator or line leader is desirable. Professional experience in the cosmetics, food, pharma, packaging or chemical industry is an advantage. Experience with pouch filling machines would be a great advantage Reliable, independent and proactive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility Ability to work in a team and leadership competence. Responsible and exact way of working German in spoken and written form Readiness for shift and weekend work Early shift: 05:45 - 14:30 Late shift: 14:15 - 23:00 Night shift and Saturday work may become necessary in the event of a higher workload.
