Implementation Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Industrialization & Production sector, we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to design, coordinate, and monitor implementation and reconfiguration mandates for production means.

Responsibilities ##

• Translate Production and Industrialization needs into robust, Lean, and standard-compliant implementation solutions.
• Lead projects and mandates, from needs analysis to delivery, by coordinating all stakeholders.
• Manage, prioritize, and arbitrate a varied portfolio of requests, from one-off tasks to multi-sector structural projects.
• Design implementations by integrating flow, Quality, Cost, Delay, HSE, Maintenance, and Building & Infrastructure constraints.
• Ensure monitoring of files, schedules, risks, and reporting, while maintaining an updated view of surfaces, implementations, and ongoing mandates.
• Contribute to PMT/Master Plan reviews and to the continuous improvement of implementation standards.

Profile ##

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field; experience in industrial implementation or production is an asset.
• Solid skills in project management, planning, and coordination, with a level of formalism adapted to the scope of the mandates.
• Mastery of Lean and Operational Excellence approaches, as well as industrial technologies and systems.
• Analytical, synthesis, and data exploitation capabilities, complemented by proficiency in office tools, project management, and 2D/3D design (AutoCAD).
• Ability to write technical documents, manage documentation, and facilitate meetings.
• Rigor, autonomy, versatility, and team spirit; excellent interpersonal skills, customer-supplier sense, and ability to propose solutions in a multidisciplinary environment.
