To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality for our property accounting.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for rental properties, condominiums (STWEG), and co-ownership communities (MEG)
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Management of the reminder and collection process
• Close cooperation with real estate management as well as participation in the optimization of internal processes

What you bring with you

• Commercial training and several years of experience in property accounting
• Good knowledge of common real estate management software as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, team spirit, and joy in numbers
