What you do with us

As a Senior Real Estate Accountant, you manage the accounting for your own real estate portfolio and are the specialist contact person for owners, customers and internal teams:

• Independent management of real estate accounting including annual financial statements, VAT returns and budgets
• Processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as heating and service charge settlements
• Collection management and monitoring of open items
• Specialist support for the team as well as contact person for various stakeholder groups

What you bring with you

MUST-HAVE

• Commercial training, ideally with further education in the finance or real estate sector
• 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and preparation of financial statements

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge in the STWEG area
• Experience with collection processes
• Willingness to work flexibly during peak times
• Knowledge of GARAIO REM and confident handling of Microsoft 365
