As part of an 11-member team, you will assess claim cases in the areas of checked baggage, cancellation costs, and travel protection together with your colleagues and provide excellent claims service to our customers. What you do You are responsible for the claims processing of private travel You process claim cases in many different languages within the team You have regular written and telephone customer contact You communicate with interfaces such as partners and travel agencies You support the underwriting and field service departments What you bring Education and further training in the insurance or service industry Several years of professional experience in the insurance, travel, tourism, or automotive industry Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of French, Italian, and English Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: 40% We look forward to your online application – even without a cover letter.
