This is what you can expect ##### • You produce short videos, social media content, and lifestyle photos for campaigns, digital channels, and internal communication - including camera work, lighting, and on-site recording • You create video and image content around our Chief Innovation Officer, who presents his craftsmanship and expertise on chocolate • You implement product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and stop-motion recordings on your own and find creative ways to make our brand visually tangible • You are responsible for post-production, including video editing, color correction, retouching, image editing, and channel-specific preparation of content • You develop creative ideas and content formats for social media, campaigns, and digital touchpoints together with the marketing team • You identify current trends, formats, and best practices on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and implement them in a brand-compliant manner • You support photo and video recordings for product innovations, seasonal topics, events, and other marketing activities • You work closely with colleagues from marketing, social media, and brand management as well as our Chief Innovation Officer • You are willing to travel - within Switzerland and internationally This is what you bring ##### • You have several years of experience as a content creator, videographer, photographer, or in a comparable creative role • You have proven experience in photography and videography, ideally in the areas of food, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods, and submit a meaningful portfolio • You master professional camera, lighting, and audio setups and can produce content independently • You work securely with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects is an advantage) as well as ideally with other edit tools like CapCut, Canva, or Final Cut • You are familiar with the requirements of modern social media platforms and understand how content works for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels • You have a pronounced sense of storytelling, visual language, trends, and visual brand communication • You work independently, organized, and with high self-initiative and convince with a high quality awareness and love for detail • You are passionate about social media, digital trends, and creative content production • You have very good German and English language skills; further languages are an advantage This is what we offer you ##### • An exciting working environment with motivated colleagues • A position with a lot of personal responsibility • The opportunity to bring in fresh ideas • An open and respectful feedback culture • Internal and external training opportunities • Individual career opportunities • Generous discounts on our products • Chocolate in the workplace • Free parking • Discounts in the Läderach Café and staff restaurant Own it.
