At this stage, we can tell you that a Swiss industrial company, specialized in the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components, is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop its industrial activities. You will notably have responsibility for a technical team of approximately 13 employees, composed of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and CNC programmers. Missions: Manage, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team dedicated to manufacturing processes and industrialization. Lead improvement and development projects for production processes. Participate in the definition, selection, and integration of new industrial equipment. Conduct automation projects and performance improvement of production means. Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing lines and cells. Optimize workshop organization, production flows, and machining processes. Work in close collaboration with production teams and various technical departments. Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Actively participate in the industrialization of new products and processes. Profile: Higher education in a technical field: mechanics, industrial engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent. Proven experience in an industrial environment and in managing a technical team. Solid experience in CNC machining, notably in turning, milling, and ideally grinding environments. Experience in industrialization, process optimization, and development of production means. Experience in industrial project management and/or investments. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Professional French and English. Your skills: English minimum B2 required. Leadership and ability to unite a technical team. Strong understanding of industrial challenges and manufacturing processes. Ability to bridge the gap between engineering teams and field realities. Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility. Analytical mindset and solution orientation. Good communication and project management skills.
