We are looking for qualified reinforcement for our client in Laufen, effective immediately, as: HR Specialist 80% (a) Your tasks • Independent management of the entire HR lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and HR documents • Responsibility for personnel administration and maintenance of personnel files • Support in the recruitment process (advertisements, applicant management, interviews) • Advising employees and managers on personnel-relevant topics • Participation in HR projects and optimization of processes • Collaboration with payroll and external partners Your profile • Commercial basic training with further training as an HR Specialist • Several years of experience in the HR field, ideally as a generalist • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law • Confident handling of MS Office and HR systems • Discreet, reliable and structured way of working • High social competence and communication strength • Proficient German, other languages an advantage We offer • Flexible working hours • Responsible and varied activity • Collegial and appreciative working environment • Modern infrastructure and attractive employment conditions Do you have questions?
