On behalf of our client, a major and recognized player in the Swiss mechanical industrial sector specializing in the design and manufacture of high-precision equipment, we are looking for:

Senior Scheduler (100%) | Canton de Berne M/F

Your main missions

• Planning & Monitoring: Establish and maintain the global planning of projects as well as the associated production orders (OF).
• Deadline management: Constantly monitor production progress in order to guarantee strict compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Procurement: Coordinate and ensure the timely availability of all components required for manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in the revision and optimization of scheduling processes and planning flows.

Profile sought

• Education: Higher degree (ES, HES or equivalent) specialized in process management or Supply Chain.
• Experience: Confirmed background of at least 5 years in an equivalent position within a demanding industrial environment.
• IT Tools: Advanced mastery of an industrial ERP (knowledge of ProConcept is an important asset).
• Personal skills:
• Excellent communicator, enjoying collaborative and cross-functional work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Structured mindset with a strong capacity for analysis.
• High stress resistance and pragmatism in the face of production unforeseen events.
