Zug Estates AG develops and manages high-quality living spaces with long-term added value. For the continuous development of the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed and entrepreneurial person the opportunity to play a central role in real estate development.

In this role, you are responsible for the development of demanding projects within our real estate portfolio, focusing on urban and architectural quality, sustainability, and innovation, and you actively contribute to shaping the future of one of the most iconic urban spaces in Zug.

Your main tasks include:

• Analyses & development potential: For informed decision-making, you carry out market, site, and potential analyses and specifically identify new development opportunities.
• Competitions & study procedures: You are responsible for the preparation, organization, and conduct of project competitions as well as study mandates, thereby ensuring quality assurance and project development.
• Project development: You are responsible for the development of complex center and zone projects, focused on housing, commercial, and retail. You design and implement sustainable mixed-use developments with the aim of creating vibrant and attractive urban spaces.
• Project responsibility & quality assurance: In your role, you assume responsibility for real estate projects from strategic design and project idea to the submission of the building permit. You guarantee high urban, architectural, and aesthetic quality at all phases of the project and are responsible for the integral management of costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Stakeholder management & coordination: In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - notably planners, authorities, and tenants - you effectively lead and coordinate all project participants.
• Sustainability & innovation: A central aspect of your activity is the consistent integration of sustainability and innovation at all phases of the project in order to ensure sustainable and valuable real estate solutions.

You bring the following qualifications:

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate management
• Several years of experience in the development of complex real estate projects
• Experience in the professional management of internal and external stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction law, SIA standards, and real estate valuation
• Mastery of integral management of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Great autonomy as well as a high degree of reliability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with different interest groups
• Structured, prospective, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong team orientation as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Great willingness to promote innovation and actively shape change
• Willingness for continuous training (e.g., leadership, project management, real estate)
