Active management of opportunities and risks in collaboration with the Project Manager. Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management, including external negotiations, claims, Change-Orders, correspondence and SIA 118 standards. Business financing, preparation of financial situations, issuing invoices and payment follow-up. Guaranteeing FRG/accounting compliance as well as data quality in the tools. Organization and facilitation of project review meetings. Realization of financial analyses and KPIs in collaboration with the PM. Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management. Demonstrated competence in project closing.
