For a traditional general planning and architecture office in the Bern area, we are looking for a Project Manager / Architect / Technician HF (80-100 %, permanent position). The office realizes diverse projects, including hospital and laboratory buildings.

Your tasks

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling of small and medium-sized projects
• Project design as well as execution and detailed planning
• Leadership of the team of internal and external specialist planners
• Responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines
• Contact person for clients and authorities

Your profile

• Architect FH/ETH or certified Technician HF Bauplanung Architektur
• Basic training as Zeichner:in EFZ is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the execution of projects in Switzerland (over 10 Mio. CHF)
• Proficient in standards and contracts as well as in detailed and execution planning
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial way of working and leadership experience
• ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) is an advantage, good MS-Office skills
• Very good German skills
