Look forward to exciting tasks: • Actively help shape the heat transformation in the city of Basel and take over project management for complex construction sites in the district heating sector. • Accompany the construction progress on-site, check quality, and ensure compliance with deadlines. • Coordinate cooperation with internal interfaces, external partners, and authorities. • Regularly check and enforce construction site safety. • Create project documentation for building applications and construction execution, as well as procure materials according to the procurement law. This is how you make us even better: • You have the desire - and plenty of drive - to make Basel even more environmentally friendly and livable with your (heat) projects. • Experience in the construction of district heating networks, pipes, or similar. • Ideally, you look back on already implemented civil engineering projects or you definitely want to develop further in construction management. • Completed basic training such as road builder, heating installer, sanitary installer, or similar, as well as further training at FA/HF level. • You enjoy the variety between the office and working in the fresh air.
