For a leading manufacturer of high-precision milled parts and surgical instruments for medical technology, we are looking for a

Poly- or Production Mechanic Milling (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Manufacture demanding milled components made of chrome steel, stainless steel, titanium or CFK (especially small series)
• Work on modern 5-axis milling centers (Mikron, Quaser) with Heidenhain controls in a machine park with over 20 systems.
• Operation of the CNC machines, loading and unloading of the automated, robot-controlled systems (e.g. Workpartner1+)
• Optimization of the processes
• Forming a dynamic duo with your shift partner and with the team to ensure that production remains efficient.

Your Profile ###

• Completed vocational training as Produktionsmechaniker EFZ
• Sound experience in operating 5-axis machines, loading and unloading robot-controlled systems and troubleshooting - ideally with Heidenhain control
• Explosive team player who appreciates a dynamic environment where one can still make a difference and shape things
• Good German skills
