Job Description ##

• You travel independently by car to provide our customers with the best possible care at home
• Your tasks include personal hygiene, mobilization, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
• You record nursing progress in the electronic nursing documentation and order medications and nursing materials.
• In our primary caregiver care, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive care and individual nursing of individual female and male customers and meet regularly with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.

Requirement Profile ##

• Training as FaGe EFZ
• Spitex experience is an advantage
• High social and communication competence
• Independent, flexible and team-oriented way of working with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
• Commitment, flexibility, openness and humor, even in challenging situations
• Experience in handling digital work tools
• Driver's license Cat. B with own car
