For the winter season, the Crans Ambassador, 5* hotel in Crans-Montana, is looking to complete its team: Pastry Commis (F/M). Your mission will include: Preparing and baking simple preparations under the supervision of managers Assisting with mise en place Storing merchandise Applying hygiene rules Cleaning the pastry department, fridges, and pot washing Applying standards and procedures Maintaining the machines of their department Ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment made available to them and taking all necessary measures to compensate for and resolve all technical deficiencies SEARCHED PROFILE Experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same level Oral mastery of French Dynamic person with a team spirit Flexibility and adaptability Sense of responsibility Speed of learning
