Goals and main tasks of the position

Goals
Ensuring qualified care and support for the elderly and care-dependent residents
Professional representation of the facility to the outside

Organization and management
Conducting feedback rounds
Participation in regular meetings with the nursing service management
Smooth cooperation with the other departments among themselves
Implementation of quality management in everyday operations

Professional qualification
The nursing and care employees demonstrably possess at least a completed SRK basic course or an equivalent training with at least 120 training hours.
The nursing and care employees possess good oral German-speaking expression skills, the ability to read and understand technical instructions, and to write correct entries in the nursing reports.

Resident-related tasks:
Implementation of the care and support concept
Taking over domestic activities within the framework of the care and support of our residents (such as cleaning work according to the task list, assistance in the dining room, etc.)
Carrying out the care and support of the residents
Promotion of external contacts for our residents
Protection of resident property against theft, fraud, etc.
Receiving questions and concerns from residents and relatives and forwarding them to the appropriate department
Promotion of the participation of residents
Informing residents about all developments relevant to them

Company-related tasks
Filling out and forwarding damage reports
Representation of the institution internally and externally
Participation in events of the institution
