To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Application Manager Microsoft 365, who competently supports our customers, ensures the operation of their Microsoft 365 environments and actively helps shape the further development of modern collaboration solutions. 02 Your Task ## • Responsibility for the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 solutions • Support and administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services • Analysis, processing and sustainable solution of incident, service and change requests • Advising customers regarding best practices and new Microsoft 365 functions • Planning, coordination and implementation of changes and smaller projects • Configuration of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online as well as other Microsoft 365 services • Management of permissions, groups and security policies • Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions and knowledge articles • Close cooperation with our Cloud Engineers, Consultants and Project Managers • Support during migrations and the introduction of new Microsoft 365 functions 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Career and advancement opportunities • At least 5 weeks vacation • Modern workplace • Regular team-building measures and company events • Responsible activities 04 Your Profile ## • Completed training as Informatiker EFZ or comparable IT training • Several years of experience in the operation or support of Microsoft 365 environments • Good knowledge in: Microsoft Teams / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Microsoft 365 Admin Center • Experience in application management or IT service management • Knowledge of PowerShell is an advantage • Understanding of Microsoft licensing and cloud services • Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • High customer and service orientation • Very good German skills as well as good English skills 05 Things to Know ## • Exciting customer projects with state-of-the-art Microsoft technologies • A motivated, helpful and competent team • Flexible working hours and home office possibilities • Modern work equipment • Attractive further training and certification possibilities • Individual development opportunities With us, you don't just work with Microsoft 365, you actively shape the digital future of our customers.
