Organizational Developer (f/m/d) 100%, Ecublens, Bern & Zurich

The newly created SSR Staff is responsible, in collaboration with the regional directorates and national domains, for the uniform management of all SSR staff tasks. This includes SSR leadership processes, corporate development, process optimization, legal issues, and the management of SSR partners.

Your mission ####

Within the Organisation & Process team, your tasks will be as follows:

• development, initialization, and support of future-oriented organizational models, focusing on structure (organizational design),
• development and management of roles and partial organizational charts at company scale,
• analysis and prioritization of organizational change needs; continuous optimization of organizational and body structures,
• advising individuals in leadership functions on organizational matters; supporting strategic projects,
• participation in the implementation and development of organizational management at company scale.

Your profile ####

• HES degree accompanied by proven experience in the field of organizational development
• Solid technical knowledge of organizational management
• Knowledge of subjects related to business process management
• Very good command of German and French, both spoken and written, minimum level B2
• Communication skills, persuasiveness, and a convincing personality
• Analytical and conceptual abilities; highly autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working
