Your area of responsibility ###

• You organize the practice day independently and ensure a smooth process of consultations
• You support our medical team during examinations and treatments in the field of fertility. In exchange with various professional groups, you shape your working day in a varied way
• You advise and accompany our patients in a friendly and competent manner by phone and take care of administrative processes
• Your regular working hours are from Monday to Friday, with the willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays. You appreciate the close cooperation in a small team

Your experience ###

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and preferably already have experience in the field of outpatient practice, including blood sampling and infusion therapy
• An independent, precise way of working characterizes you, and you also work well in a team and always keep the necessary overview in challenging situations
• As an empathetic, integrative personality, you bring a high understanding of quality, customer orientation, and patient safety
• You have experience with common IT systems and are used to documenting exactly in different systems
