Lean Konstrukteur Produktion

You develop and design lean aids and production equipment for manufacturing and support the continuous improvement of production processes.

Tasks

• Develop and design lean aids such as ergonomic workstations, material trolleys and shelving systems with modular profile systems
• Select, specify and standardize components
• Develop, test and introduce designs up to series maturity, incl. rapid prototyping and 3D printing
• Plan and implement improvements to production lines
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities with production, EHS and maintenance
• Accompany the realization and commissioning of lean aids, support the workshop during assembly
• Take over the ergonomics framework and perform ergonomic analyses

Profile

• Completed technical training as Polymechaniker/in, Mechaniker/in, Konstrukteur/in or comparable
• Experience in the construction and application of modular profile systems (e.g. Item, Bosch Rexroth)
• Experience with CAD systems, Siemens NX an advantage
• Sound knowledge of lean methods such as Kaizen, 5S and material flow optimization
• Fluent German in spoken and written, good English skills an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
