Team Leader Soldering/Assembly

Main tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 10-12 employees with the support of the Department Manager
• Organizational planning and coordination of the process steps as well as personnel deployment within one's own area of responsibility
• Ensuring flawless quality and compliance with deadlines
• Technical support for employees as well as induction and training
• Participation in production: Soldering, assembly as well as testing of individual pieces and smaller series

Profile

• Completed technical training
• Experience in the areas of soldering, assembly and testing
• Technical interest as well as pleasure in recognizing connections, understanding processes and actively helping to shape their further development
• Initial experience in the technical guidance, training or support of employees is an advantage
• Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills (MS Office), know-how of ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with quick comprehension
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Team player, responsible and balanced personality
