Specialist Globalkredit, 40 %

The Globalkredit enables regular schools to manage the financial resources allocated to them independently and within the applicable specifications.

To strengthen the Globalkredit specialist group, we are looking for a committed and independent person, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and support school managements and school management assistants in all matters relating to the Globalkredit and the FinanzPortal Schulen (FPS).
• You plan, organize, and conduct training sessions and continuously develop training materials, instructions, and other information media.
• You process support requests, accompany schools in the application of the Globalkredit processes, and ensure the technically correct execution of standardized processes.
• You create evaluations and statistics and support the specialist group in quality assurance and the optimization of the Globalkredit processes.
• You support the further development of the FinanzPortal Schulen, participate in projects, and take on further specialist tasks within the specialist group.

Profile ##

• Completed vocational training EFZ as well as specialist further training
• Practical experience in the application of the Globalkredit as well as sound knowledge of the Globalkredit processes and the FinanzPortal Schulen
• Experience in advising and training users as well as enjoyment in conveying complex issues understandably and providing competent support
• High digital affinity as well as interest in the further development of processes and specialist applications
• Strong service orientation as well as confident oral and written expression
• Networked thinking as well as enjoyment in cooperating with different stakeholder groups

As the central specialist office for the Globalkredit and the FinanzPortal Schulen, we support the regular schools with specialist advice, training, and practical support in the application of the Globalkredit processes. Together, we ensure the legally compliant and efficient use of the Globalkredit funds.
