Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor Hearing Acoustics

starting 01 October 2026 or by arrangement

Workload: 80%

Location: Aadorf

What awaits you with us

• Proactive telephone contact with customers and interested parties: invitation to hearing tests, appointment scheduling and reminders, as well as appreciative follow-ups.
• Active advice and support for customers as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Independent cash management and reliable completion of administrative tasks.
• Planning and maintenance of the appointment calendar (creating, moving, confirming, following up).
• Correspondence with customers, ENT practices, social insurance providers, and suppliers.
• Cleaning and functional testing of hearing aids; performing small services including minor repairs.
• Advice and sale of suitable additional products.
• Occasional performance of hearing tests and ear impressions.
• Support of the hearing acousticians during annual services and hearing aid checks.
• Management of the warehouse including orders, goods receipt, and inspection.

What you bring with you

• Ideally sales experience and advisory competence in retail, Kaufmann/frau EFZ or comparable training with an independent way of working.
• High customer and service orientation paired with strong empathy.
• Careful, responsible personality with a strong interest in electronic products and high IT affinity.
• Communicative team player with motivation for continuous further training.
• Very good oral and written expression skills in German.
