These exciting and interesting tasks await you:

• Technical and organizational preparation of plant construction projects and manufacturing orders
• Checking drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation
• Creation and maintenance of work plans, manufacturing documents, and bills of materials
• Planning and coordination of the required materials, components, and resources
• Determination of material requirements and triggering or coordinating orders
• Coordination of manufacturing and assembly processes with design, purchasing, production, and project management
• Schedule planning and monitoring of order processing
• Technical clarifications with internal specialist departments
• Accompanying changes during the project and manufacturing phase
• Ensuring that manufacturing and assembly documents are complete and up to date
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Recognition and early communication of technical, scheduling, or material-related problems

These characteristics distinguish you:

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the field of plant and apparatus construction, mechanical engineering, metal construction, polymechanics, or comparable
• Further training in the field of AVOR, process specialist, technical clerk, or comparable is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing planning, or production planning
• Experience in plant construction or in mechanical and apparatus engineering is an advantage
• Knowledge of material certificates
• Confident handling of technical drawings, bills of materials, and 3D CAD documents
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office (Infor LN is an advantage)
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
• Experience in scheduling and resource planning
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
