Nursing Specialist FaGe / HF

For our client, an established nursing institution, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Nursing Specialist FaGe or HF 50--100 % to strengthen the protected residential area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The protected residential area includes three residential groups with eight residents each and offers a professional and appreciative environment for people with increased care and nursing needs.
Your tasks

• Ensuring high-quality and individual care and support
• Independent and professional execution of nursing tasks
• Observation of the health status and early recognition of changes
• Initiation and implementation of the necessary nursing measures
• Professional implementation and documentation of nursing processes according to BESA
• Careful electronic documentation of nursing and care actions in easyDOK
• Active co-creation of an appreciative and lively nursing everyday life
• Promotion of holistic and resource-oriented care of the residents

Your profile

• Recognized training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) or dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Enjoyment of an independent, responsible, and professional way of working
• Professional experience in long-term care and knowledge in the field of dementia are an advantage
• High motivation and enjoyment in actively contributing to a lively nursing operation
• Open, resilient, and responsible personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Empathy and enjoyment of holistic, resource-oriented nursing and care
• Good German language skills as well as confident use of electronic nursing documentation are an advantage
