Technical Employee with Customer Contact 100 % (m/f/d)

For an established company in the Basel region, we are looking for a dedicated personality with technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact. In this versatile role, you will combine technical, administrative, and customer-oriented tasks and ensure reliable processing in daily operations.

Tasks

• Telephone and written support of customers
• Processing and coordination of customer inquiries and orders
• Ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external contact persons
• Creation and processing of offers
• Recording and maintenance of relevant order and customer data
• Support of existing customer relationships
• Support with technical and administrative questions
• Collaboration in the preparation and processing of customer orders

Profile

• Completed manual or technical training, for example in the field of wood, construction or a comparable professional field
• Ideally initial experience in sales, internal service or in customer consulting
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment of organizational tasks
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP or technical planning systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Communicative, customer-oriented and team player personality
