Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ / FA SRK / Geriatric nurse with SRK recognition (50–100%) Nursing with heart – at a workplace where you count as a person.

Your tasks:
-You care for and nurse the residents individually, respectfully, and with high professional competence.
-You ensure professional and high-quality nursing.
-You participate in diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures.
-You maintain the nursing documentation carefully and independently.
-You take responsibility in daily business and coordinate everyday nursing.
-You support trainees on their way into the nursing profession and pass on your knowledge.
-You work closely with a motivated, interdisciplinary team.

What you bring with you:
-Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, FA SRK, or Geriatric nurse with SRK recognition
-Ideally professional experience in long-term care
-Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
-Joy in working with older people
-Ability to work in a team, empathy, and a positive aura
-Good German language skills in speaking and writing
-Confident handling of IT applications
-RAI knowledge is a plus, but not a must
