YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Accompanying and optimizing Stadler Service locations
• Analyzing problem statements as well as developing and implementing sustainable solutions and processes
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
• Acting as an interface between technical, operational, and commercial business areas
• Ensuring clear, level-appropriate communication
• Preparing decision-relevant information and analyses for the division management as well as presenting the results

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completion of higher education (HF, FH, Uni) with a business administration focus
• Several years of experience in project or sub-project management with implementation responsibility
• Experience in bidding projects, commercial order processing, or business development in an industrial environment
• Networked, solution-oriented thinking and quick comprehension
• Doer mentality with drive, perseverance, and the ability to take others along
• Enjoyment of complex challenges and new subject areas
• High quality standards and a structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel of approx. 20-40%
