Our client is a progressive non-profit organization in the field of outpatient nursing and care, operating on behalf of several municipalities in the Zürcher Oberland region. The company enables sick, impaired, or convalescing people of all ages to live a self-determined life at home and is characterized by a supportive team and contemporary employment conditions. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Implementation of basic and treatment care in stable client situations
• Assignments in complex client situations with professional support
• Nursing activities based on the care plan and competencies
• Maintaining meaningful nursing documentation
• Conducting needs assessments using household assessments
• Support in the area of living environment and daily organization
• Household management taking client resources into account
• Promotion and preservation of individual client skills
• Completion of independent and delegated administrative activities
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within the organization

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or Betreuung EFZ
• Further training in treatment care (medical technology) required
• Practical professional experience, preferably with a Spitex organization
• High client and service orientation required
• Pronounced communication, self-, and social competence
• Resilient, innovative, and flexible personality
• IT user knowledge is an advantage
• Driver's license category B mandatorily required
