What you accomplish ### • Collection of specific user needs and guarantee of their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction • Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures • Monitoring of investment and construction costs, as well as management and control of documentation relating to buildings and infrastructure • Control of specifications, plans and technical descriptions of building equipment and infrastructure, in accordance with current external and internal standards • Control of tenders in the fields of construction and infrastructure • Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the fields of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of realization and cost evolution, as well as carrying out acceptances • Participation in the preparation of enterprise contracts, in site progress meetings and representation of the owner's interests • Site supervision in order to respect the specifications • Coordination of different experts to achieve objectives What you bring ### • Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) • Specialization: Master or Bachelor in architecture, civil engineering or ES Technician in works management, with 5 to 10 years of experience • Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects desired • Systematic and structured working method, networked thinking, good sense of priorities and resistance to stress • Good knowledge of Office and SAP • French (B2) • German (B2) What we offer you ### • Flexible workplace/teleworking: Up to 2 days of teleworking possible • Maternity leave/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) • Occupational pension: Full coverage with the Migros Pension Fund - with first-class and attractive benefits • Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full maintenance of net salary • Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.- • Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food items. • Migros Bank: Migros offers higher interest rates on private accounts and investment accounts to its employees. • Ecole-club Migros: Reimbursement of 70% of course fees, up to a maximum of 1'000 CHF per calendar year • Sport and fitness offers: Contribution to fitness subscriptions: maximum CHF 200.- per subscription and per year • Leisure and culture offer: You benefit from discounted tickets for selected cultural events Contact Monsieur André Teixeira Rodrigues Did you not find a matching position?
