• Creation and maintenance of duty schedules in close cooperation with the responsible departments
• Active role in the introduction of the new digital time and planning recording tool myPOLYPOINT
• Analyzing and optimizing deployment planning
• Coordination of absences, holidays and short-term changes
• Participation in the further development of our planning processes and digital tools

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the administrative field
• Experience with planning tools in an acute care hospital, ideally Polypoint PEP
• Very good Excel skills
• Quick comprehension and a structured, reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a lively medical environment
