You provide support to line managers and employees on matters relating to human resources management, particularly regarding skills development, training, internal mobility, and the management of individual situations. You contribute to the improvement of HR processes and tools, ensure their application, and participate in the drafting of procedures and reference documents. You also intervene from the recruitment process to the integration of new employees by ensuring rigorous monitoring of the different stages. Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a higher education degree in human resources, administration, or an equivalent degree, complemented by proven experience in a similar role. You have solid skills in human resources management and are able to handle various situations with discernment, professionalism, and confidentiality. Equipped with an excellent sense of organization, you manage priorities effectively and demonstrate rigor in the follow-up of files. You have good analytical and synthesis skills as well as excellent writing skills. At ease in interpersonal relationships, you enjoy teamwork and know how to establish quality contact with interlocutors of diverse profiles. You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and are recognized for your ability to advise, support, and collaborate with line managers.
