To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and organized personality as a Commercial Employee EFZ 60–100%. Your tasks: • General administrative and organizational activities • Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting • Creating, checking, and sending invoices • Telephone and personal reception as well as support of our customers and business partners • Support and assistance to the Managing Director in daily business • Maintenance and administration of our CRM system as well as recording of new leads • Organization and preparation of customer events • Support and maintenance as well as ensuring a well-kept reception area What you bring with you: • Completed commercial training (KV EFZ or comparable) • Experience in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting • Good basic commercial knowledge • Very good PC skills (macOS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working • Well-groomed, friendly, and confident appearance • Negotiation skills as well as excellent manners • Organizational talent and enjoyment of administrative tasks What we offer you: • A varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility • Direct cooperation with the management • A motivated and dynamic team • Modern work equipment and a professional working environment • Development opportunities in a growing company • Attractive employment conditions Do you want to take on responsibility and help shape a successful company?
