Housekeeping Employee

Our family-like elderly and nursing home with around 80 employees offers older people a loving home in the heart of the Zurich district of Enge. To ensure our operations run smoothly every day, we are looking for an organizationally strong, entrepreneurially thinking, and versatile personality who enjoys taking responsibility, helps out operationally, and keeps the big picture in mind. As of 1 January 2027, we are looking for a Housekeeping Employee (80 - 100%) to support our team.

Your tasks are:

• Responsibility for the professional cleaning of resident rooms, offices, and public areas
• Support for the Hotel Management in the adherence, implementation, and further development of quality and hygiene standards in the area of cleaning
• Receipt and processing of customer needs in the area of cleaning
• Service of breakfast and tea on the stations
• Support during operational events
• In case of personnel bottlenecks, active collaboration in the laundry and in the public cafeteria

You bring with you:

• Training is desirable
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Good German skills are desirable, but not a prerequisite
