Mandate Manager Fiduciary and Taxes 80-100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the fiduciary and financial environment, we are looking for a responsible personality as a Mandate Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will independently manage a versatile mandate portfolio and be the central contact person for your clients. You can expect a personal working environment with short decision-making paths and high individual responsibility.

Tasks

• Independent management and expansion of the mandates assigned to you
• Holistic advice to customers on economic and financial topics
• Preparation, review, and explanation of annual financial statements and closings
• Ensuring a high quality standard as well as compliance with deadlines
• Close coordination and cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening sustainable customer relationships

Profile

• Several years of practical experience in the fiduciary environment or in a similar responsible position
• Additional professional qualification in the finance or fiduciary sector desirable
• Independent, careful, and well-organized way of working
• Strong enjoyment of direct customer support as well as advisory competence
• Cooperative, open nature and uncomplicated manner within the team
