Application Administrator and Integrator

Your responsibilities:

• Integrate and configure domain software or applications
• Guarantee their proper functioning and maintenance
• Ensure updates of domain applications throughout their life cycle and anticipate obsolescence announced by publishers
• Daily verify the progression of processes, results obtained, and product performance
• Manage and report software and application incidents and resolve associated problems
• Ensure communication and regular relationship with users
• Perform the writing, updating, and evolution of technical documentation
• Write specifications, architecture documents, and data models, as well as user documentation
• Apply and enforce security rules and standards within the domain
• Actively participate in the cloud transformation of the information system and the progressive migration of applications.

Your profile:

• Higher education (university or HES) in the IT field
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a similar function
• French native language and very good level in English (C1)
• Skills in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS and the Azure/M365 platform
• Knowledge of rights management via Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Sense of analysis, organization, and priorities
• Team spirit and service orientation
• Autonomy and spirit of initiative
• Interpersonal ease and effective communication
