This is what you can move. • In this exciting role, you collect, analyze and evaluate functional requirements with Business and IT within the framework of agile software development and document them according to CENELEC standards. • You accompany features and user stories together with Product Owners and user representatives from creation to integration. • From analysis through development and testing to commissioning, you accompany systems and interfaces and ensure viable solutions. • In a complex environment with multiple teams, you coordinate dependencies and keep stakeholders continuously informed. • For complex functional and technical tasks, you develop as simple and effective solutions as possible and actively support the team in their implementation. • Together with user representatives, product management and the team, you plan work packages and design a realistic roadmap. This is what you bring with you. • Team player: you network quickly with many stakeholders in a functionally and technically complex environment. • Analytical thinking skills, rapid comprehension as well as independent, benefit- and solution-oriented action; you proactively take responsibility. • More than 5 years of experience in business analysis and solution design; confident application of agile methods in software projects. • Practice in AI-supported business analysis and conception; habit of automating tasks meaningfully where possible. • Preferably experience in the railway environment as well as understanding of web-based architectures and technologies. • Completed studies (HF/FH/ETH/Uni) in business administration, computer science or business informatics or an equivalent further education.
