Your mission: ##

Management and organization ###

• Supervise and coordinate workshop activities (5 people to manage, 4 mechanics and 1 administrative assistant)
• Plan interventions, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance
• Guarantee the quality of services performed by your team
• Optimize maintenance processes and operational organization
• Actively participate in the development of employee skills

Technical expertise ###

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults
• Ensure breakdown interventions directly at customer sites or on construction sites
• Perform maintenance operations and equipment restoration
• Guarantee the availability and reliability of the machine fleet

Administrative management and customer relations ###

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and parts orders
• Advise customers and ensure quality follow-up
• Develop existing commercial relationships and identify new opportunities
• Actively participate in customer loyalty and satisfaction

Now shall we talk about you? ##

• Completed technical training in mechanics, ideally in the fields of agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or handling equipment
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, and electronics
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment
• Experience with Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP)
• Knowledge of the rental sector or technical services
• Successful experience in managing a workshop or a technical team
• Excellent sense of organization and priorities
• True field leadership and ease in communication
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Romand economic fabric (Vaud, Geneva, and Fribourg)
