Your role with us You will advise our discerning national and international customers on the purchase of high-quality watches and jewelry You will carry out minor repairs and quick services directly on site and provide competent advice in After-Sales Service (SAV) You will take over the independent management and tracking of repair orders You will take care of the control, adjustment, and setting of sold watches You will create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively build long-term customer relationships You will support administrative tasks such as offers, customer inquiries, and CRM maintenance You will act as a Brand Ambassador and present our products with expertise and enthusiasm You will support projects, customer events, and marketing activities and ensure a well-maintained sales area What you bring You bring training in retail in the watch and jewelry industry You have technical knowledge in the watch sector as well as experience in SAV You have experience in the luxury segment and enjoy sales You are IT-affine and secure in the use of digital tools You communicate very well in German and Italian, additional languages are a plus You are proactive, customer-oriented, and convince with a professional appearance You are a team player with good manners and intercultural competence Why work at Bucherer?
