To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Insurance Broker Supporter who will support us in the support and advisory of our clients.
Tasks
Support of the brokers in the support of private and corporate clients
Processing of insurance applications and contracts
Creation of offers and comparison analyses
Communication with insurance companies and clients
Administrative activities and maintenance of customer data
Support in claims processing
Qualifications
Completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector
Experience in the insurance industry
Good knowledge of insurance products
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
