To complement our team in the field of work in the workshop, we are looking for an empathetic, reliable and structured person starting January 1, 2027 or by arrangement as

Social Pedagogue FH/HF 80 - 100 %

You have:

• completed training in social pedagogy, social work FH/HF or an equivalent qualification,
• completed further training as a practical instructor or the willingness to complete it,
• profound experience in accompanying people with mental and cognitive disabilities,
• joy in working with people with disabilities,
• manual dexterity,
• a team-oriented personality with high social competence
• and an open, motivating and uncomplicated manner.
