Supervisor Mechanical Processing

You coordinate the daily operational business of a mechanical manufacturing facility and provide functional leadership to employees in CNC machining.

Tasks

• Coordination of the daily operational business while ensuring deadlines, quality, and productivity
• Planning and controlling personnel, machine, and capacity resources
• Functional leadership, induction, and further development of employees
• Implementation of training and instructions
• Active participation in operational business as well as deputy team leadership
• Implementation and monitoring of KVP, 5S, and optimization measures
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and process specifications

Profile

• Basic technical training, ideally as a Polymechaniker, or comparable qualification
• Further training as a Prozessfachmann, Industriemeister, or Techniker is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining, preferably in regulated production
• Experience in the functional leadership of employees as well as in deployment planning
• Good MS-Office skills and understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Very good German skills (C1), English is an advantage
