Your area of responsibility: • Greeting and individual consultation of our international guests • Beauty and massage treatments in accordance with individual needs • Sale of wellness products and exclusive luxury cosmetics • Care and cleaning of cabins including materials and equipment • Strict adherence to hygiene standards • Report necessary orders to Spa Manager • Complaint handling first level and obligatory forwarding to manager • Forward correct invoices • Work according to LQA standards (in-house training) Your profile: • Completed training as a physiotherapist, masseur or wellness therapist AND cosmetics training • Good language skills in German, French and English • Empathetic, respectful and friendly personality, perfect manners are expected • Friends of collaboration in an international team • Sales talent What you can expect: • A young, motivated and top-motivated team • Modern workplace • Contemporary employment conditions • Accommodation according to needs and availability in the employee room • World-famous mountain destination with diverse summer and winter offers in the heart of the Berner Oberland Are you the right person for our team?
