CRS Health Care Assistant

Type of contract: Fixed and or temporary

Activity rate: 40 to 80 %

Place of work: Lausanne and surroundings, La Broye, la Côte

Your profile ###

CRS health care assistant certificate 120 hours or recognition of diploma with the Swiss Red Cross

For foreign titles, nursing assistant diploma

Having experience in the field of geriatrics and home care is a plus

Being motivated, flexible, available

Driver's license mandatory

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Mastery of the French language (level B1)

Your mission ###

Ensure basic care, hygiene, and comfort services in activities

Monitor the general state of clients and transmit useful observations for quality caretaking in the continuity of care

Stimulate and support clients and their loved ones by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their abilities

Offer a listening ear and develop a relational and trust bond
